
Support Services Coordinator

This part-time role is based in Ashmore and Daisy Hill, supporting the CYF service. The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support, manage travel arrangements, client billing and financial documentation, maintain office files and records, and support scheduling processes within relevant systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Business or equivalent, with minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical roles. They will possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities. A current driver's licence and ability to obtain necessary clearances are also required.
About the Role:- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing, and financial documentation.
- Maintain and secure office files and records.
- Support scheduling processes within relevant systems.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively to support culturally inclusive practices.
- Certificate III in Business (or equivalent).
