About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for a ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong leadership skills to lead the strategy of the ServiceNow platform, supporting major projects of work across a large variety of initiatives.

As a key member of the Suncorp Group Technology team, you will be responsible for designing high-level and detailed solutions for the ServiceNow platform to support Suncorp's business operations and objectives.

With a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends, you will lead conversations and drive outcomes, providing engineering leadership to project and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy setting the foundation for enduring success.
  • Drive standardisation and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery.
  • Institute technical governance to optimise platform performance and minimise long-term technical risk.
  • Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovation that drive new value.
  • Work with the Platform Delivery Manager to build a platform team focused on delivering value and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

  • 5+ years ServiceNow development
  • 2+ years ServiceNow solution design
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with multiple delivery partners and vendors on achieving business objectives.
  • A team player with a high level of accountability and a proactive attitude towards getting things done.
