Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Solutions Strategist to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying opportunities for the team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities.
  • Inbound Lead Management: Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance.
  • Demand Generation: Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns.
  • Event Promotion: Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows.
  • Solution Understanding: Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points.
  • Target Account Research: Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings.
  • Contact Information Management: Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified.
  • Marketing Lead Management: Use our technology to manage marketing leads.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A creative and customer-focused mindset.
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers.
  • Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
