General Sales Manager

Autoleague is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in South Regional WA.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing high-performing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide training, support, and guidance to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing loyalty
- Work closely with the dealership's management team to develop marketing and advertising strategies to promote the used vehicle sales business
- Ensure that the dealership's sales processes are followed, and customer service standards are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure the smooth operation of the business
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
