Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift management.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the Front of House operational facets of the business, ensuring seamless execution of our service standards.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Culture and Leadership: Drive a positive working environment, leading by example as a senior restaurant leader and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
About You
  • Experience: Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high-volume restaurant environment (2-3 years).
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Hospitality are preferred, but not essential.
  • Leadership: Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capability and customer service focus.
  • Attitude: A can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently, with a drive to create a supportive culture that motivates and develops your team.
  • Availability: Ability to work productively during busy trading periods, including weeknights and weekends.
  • Working Rights: Australian Working Rights.

Requirements
