Position Overview

We are seeking two dedicated Territory Managers to enhance and sustain the current Dulux clientele in the Perth area. In this role, you will have the autonomy, resources, and backing necessary to thrive.

Your primary responsibility will involve traveling to meet clients, aiming to boost sales and influence purchasing behaviors. When not engaging with customers, you will be strategizing, scheduling sales meetings, and crafting plans for key customers with significant growth potential.

Your main objective will be to profitably increase sales and market share, surpassing sales goals through your Dulux customer network. You will utilize your product expertise to cultivate robust customer relationships, offer technical assistance, and manage your time efficiently.

This position provides the chance to forge enduring relationships with clients and play a pivotal role in the expansion of the Dulux Trade division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing key accounts with both existing and prospective clients
  • Maintaining connections and relationships within the Trade Sales and Construction sectors
  • Utilizing market intelligence and networking to strengthen relationships
  • Developing new business opportunities by customizing Dulux's value propositions
  • Establishing yourself as the authority on the products

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales expertise with a track record of meeting targets
