HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team at Rentokil Initial in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering HR initiatives and is looking to make their next career move into a broader HR space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and advice to senior leaders on performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary action;
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job descriptions and contract development;
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, such as awards and agreements;
- Manage administrative duties and reporting;
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Maintain accurate employee data and utilize HRIS systems;
- Contribute to change management initiatives and support business growth;
- Develop and implement key people initiatives, such as reward and recognition programs;
- Provide support for mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisory roles;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines;
- Strong knowledge of employment relations and HR practices;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- Ability to coach and influence senior leaders;
- Recruitment and selection experience;
- Resilience and a solutions-focused approach;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (or working towards completion).
