About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HR Partners - a Randstad company. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing strategic HR advice and support to our national client group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely HR advice to national teams on employee queries and general enquiries.
  • Partner with Graduate Coordinator to support National Graduate Recruitment Program.
  • Support the talent acquisition team as required.
  • Undertake national project work.
  • Support the graduate recruitment advisor based in our national office.
  • Assist with drafting and updating policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the annual remuneration review and other cyclical HR duties.
  • Maintain all HR related responsibilities which includes:
    • Drafting employment contracts and letters (e.g., probation, parental leave, change in employment conditions).
    • Coordinating the new employee onboarding and exiting processes.
    • Requests for employee changes with our IT and payroll systems.
    • Assist with WH&S and RTW activities.
About You
  • 5 years + experience in Human Resources.
  • Experienced in professional services/partnered environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key partners and staff.
  • Ability to service internal clients and produce high-quality outcomes.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
