About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HR Partners. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our national client group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely HR advice to national teams on employee queries and general enquiries.
  • Partner with Graduate Coordinator to support National Graduate Recruitment Program.
  • Support the talent acquisition team as required.
  • Undertake national project work.
  • Support the graduate recruitment advisor based in our Brisbane office.
  • Assist with drafting, updating policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the annual remuneration review and other cyclical HR duties.
  • Maintain all HR related responsibilities, including:
    • Drafting employment contracts and letters.
    • Coordinating the new employee on-boarding and exiting processes.
    • Requests for employee changes with IT and payroll.
    • Assist with WH&S and RTW activities.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in professional services and partnering environments. You will have:

5+ years of experience in Human Resources.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.What We Offer
