About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Manager to assist the Energy Solutions division with a diverse range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on industrial relations and employment law frameworks to stakeholders within the business.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent management, succession planning, and career advancement.
  • Manage BOOT calculations, oversee administration, and execute implementation.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Review and refine remuneration and benefits frameworks.
  • Develop tender documentation that is both competitive and compelling.
  • Manage case files as required.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of current employment law and industrial relations matters related to the construction, mining, and engineering industries is preferred but not necessary.
  • Working knowledge of remuneration principles, talent and succession planning, leadership development, enterprise bargaining, and performance management.
