We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Store Experience Manager to join our team at ARC'TERYX GALERIES BRAND STORE. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a team, and driving business results.

Job Summary:

The Lead Store Experience Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall store experience. This role will also involve mentoring and developing a high-performing team of Product Guides and Leads, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a customer-centric environment that meets the needs of our customers
    • Foster a culture of customer obsession within the store team
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Guides and Leads
    • Celebrate and recognize team members for their achievements and contributions to the business
    • Identify and address any team performance issues promptly and professionally
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
    • Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and store displays to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales growth and improved customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
