Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Store Lead to join our team at ARC'TERYX BONDI JUNCTION BRAND STORE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Store Lead will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Product Guides, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a compelling store environment. You will also be involved in inventory management, visual merchandising, and contributing to local community initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and coaching to Product Guides, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an engaging and memorable experience in-store.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, processing, restocking, and destocking of merchandise, maximizing sell-through and minimizing losses.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, showcasing products in a creative and compelling way.
  • Community Engagement: Support local community initiatives, building relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand engagement and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams.
Compensation and Benefits

Our Store Leads enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $50-$70 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, comprehensive training programs, and opportunities for career advancement.
