About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Manager to join our talented team at our beautiful store located in Homebush. As a key leadership role, you will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales.

About You

  • A desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPI's
  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • A passion for home styling and creating beautiful home environments

Key Details
