About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hands-on audits of recyclable products, including bale and commingled recycling materials.
  • Record product composition data and upload reports into the central database.
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement quality improvements.
  • Act as the point of contact for safety documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions – including onboarding for new employees and quarterly training programs.
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and ensure all team members are skilled, safe, and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate training records and drive continuous workforce development.
