Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our quality control processes are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits to guarantee the highest standards of repair quality and service accuracy
  • Evaluate Manufacturer repairs for quality assurance purposes
  • Analyze devices for accurate grading and disposition
  • Provide regular quality reporting to senior management
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for device-related escalations and queries
  • Foster excellent relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within logistics, manufacturing, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of repair processes and quality assessment methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively train and mentor team members
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes is advantageous
