Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This role will involve undertaking product quality control inspections, witnessing, testing and delivery of PQC services.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Undertake product quality control inspections, dimensional inspections, industrial coating inspections, metal loss inspections, pressure vessel inspections, witnessing, process/weld audits and testing in line with CCSM requirements.">
- Delivery of PQC services.">
- Review of quality documentation on Collins Class Submarines (CCSMs).">
- Liaise with engineering personnel, production, trades and contractors when items are not meeting the quality standard or how to rectify non-conformances to allow work to meet technical / quality standards.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in product quality control, metrology, corrosion technologies, AICIP pressure vessel inspections and auditing.
">Essential skills and experience include sound knowledge of metrology, experienced in conduct of dimensional inspections using standard methods and advanced laser tracker/CMM methods, ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels, flexibility in methods of approach to resolving problems, ability to interpret Work Instruction, Drawings & Standards, and competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
