Optimizing Supply Chain Quality

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our logistics team. As a key player in ensuring the quality and quantity of goods, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, maintaining quality data, and implementing preventative measures.

This includes analyzing internal and external errors, verifying correct processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. You will also create and maintain documents in accordance with ISO standards, utilize software tools, and propose new solutions to improve processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To review all relevant processes, identify errors, and verify that quality standards are met at all times.
  • To analyze internal and external issues, including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures and optimize quality processes.
  • To create and maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards.
  • To use co-packing software and any other tools necessary, as well as creating and proposing new solutions to improve co-packing processes.
  • To deliver and explain various quality control reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes.
  • Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring.
  • Oversee batch record evaluations and release of relabelled/repackaged products.
  • Manage processes for returned, rejected, or recalled goods.
  • Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits.
  • Support commercial teams during RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with quality-related input.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
