Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods. This involves maintaining quality data, implementing preventative measures, and analyzing and reporting quality issues to external and internal stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Control the quality and quantity of goods through detailed inspection processes.
  • Analyze errors, implement preventative measures, and optimize quality processes.
  • Create and maintain relevant documents according to ISO standards.
  • Use software tools to contribute to new solutions for improving processes.
  • Deliver and explain various reports as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ability to manage deviation reports and change control processes.
  • Skilled in conducting internal audits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature monitoring.
  • Oversee batch record evaluations and release of products.
  • Manage processes for returned or rejected goods.
  • Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits.
  • Support teams during RFIs and RFQs with quality-related input.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk identification.
