Data Quality Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Key Link 2.0, a cutting-edge CRM platform that will drive business growth.

About the Role
  • Support data migration into our new CRM by developing accurate source-to-target mappings, cleansing datasets, removing duplicates, validating data fields and formats, and assisting with test migrations and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies, contribute to post-migration quality assurance processes, and document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleaning records, adhering to local data standards, and supporting system updates.
  • Enhance performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.
Requirements
  • You'll bring a relevant degree or significant experience in data, systems, or analytics roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, effective time management skills, and excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences.
  • Possess advanced knowledge and skills as an IT user and electronic communications/reporting systems expert.
  • Showcase proven experience with CRM systems and strong data management tool proficiency.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data management, analysis, cleansing, quality control, and migration.

This is a full-time contract opportunity with flexible working options available.
