We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Community Engagement Officer, responsible for building strong connections with the community to enhance awareness and trust in our services.
About the PositionThis full-time position is based at our office, with flexible working arrangements available. The key aspects of this role will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to promote our services
- Developing business opportunities through effective communication
- Planning events to foster community relationships
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Community Development or Communications. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, experience in community outreach roles, and extensive knowledge of client-aged care journeys.
Additionally, they should be able to analyse and evaluate engagement outcomes, possess high emotional intelligence, and have proven presentation skills. Some interstate travel may be required.
