We are a not-for-profit organisation with over 50 years of experience delivering services in aged care, children's services, and disability support. Our mission is to strengthen and improve social and personal wellbeing for individuals, families, older people, carers, and people with disability.

We operate across rural and regional Victoria and New South Wales, committed to building stronger, more connected communities.

About the Director Role
  • Apply our values and fundamentals in decision-making as a Director
  • Work collaboratively with our Executive and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

A generous package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
