Job Title: Project Coordinator

At our organisation, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scoping, design, execution, and compliance of solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational level understanding of client requirements, solar PV systems design, site scoping, and project execution.
  • Design arrangements of solar panels for rooftop and ground mount projects, creating proposals on Pylon and Helioscope.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for project-related supplies, installation teams, and warehouse staff for stock movement.
  • On-going site visits to ensure HSE and compliance.
  • Assist in post-installation complaint handling with respect to warranty and performance issues.
  • Maintain files and documents as backup for estimate figures, suppliers' engagement, and price negotiations.
  • Provide new product or technical training to other staff.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in engineering/project management.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD or any relevant PV design software.
  • Having knowledge of IEC and willingness to learn AS/NZ (Australian) electrical standards.
  • Reliable car and full driver's license.
  • Ability to travel interstate and regional areas for project execution.
  • White Card required for site visits.
