About the role

Unified Energy Services is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in South Melbourne. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our solar and battery storage projects. With a focus on exceptional project management and client communication, you will ensure the seamless coordination of all aspects of these complex installations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to plan and schedule project activities
  2. Coordinate the logistics of solar panel and battery storage deliveries, installations, and commissioning
  3. Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports
  4. Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  5. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status
  6. Support the sales team with proposal preparation and tender submissions

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
