Solar Energy Support Specialist

We're seeking a talented Solar Energy Support Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide technical support for our solar energy products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
The role requires strong knowledge of residential solar inverters, solar configurations, and related technical support requirements, as well as residential battery products and installation configurations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for solar energy products and services via phone, email, or online chat.
- Utilize our service management software effectively to support technical support operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather feedback and insights from customer interactions, contributing to product improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new products, updates, and problem-solving techniques.
Additional responsibilities include representing the company at trade shows and training events, providing product demonstrations and customer support.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about renewable energy, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of residential solar inverters, solar configurations, and related technical support requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
