At a leading renewable energy organization, we're seeking an experienced Senior Principal Solar and Energy Storage Engineer to drive high-profile projects forward. About the Role:

  • Oversee complex solar and energy storage projects (100 MW) from conception to completion, guaranteeing seamless execution and superior results.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, risk, contract, and stakeholder relationships with ease.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for the Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Industries.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
  • A proven track record of success in leading intricate projects and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of solar and energy storage systems, including design verification and grid connection support.
  • Superior communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
