Contaminated Land Senior Manager

This is a senior leadership role within contaminated land consulting, ideal for experienced professionals seeking to step into a management position with significant impact.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee contaminated land and remediation projects from initial planning to completion
- Manage PSI/DSI investigations, remediation action plans, validation reports, and ongoing site management
- Apply technical expertise across soil, groundwater, vapour, landfill gas, and hazardous materials assessments
- Lead project teams, manage budgets, deadlines, and client communications with confidence
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering both technical skills and professional growth
- Around 8+ years' experience in contaminated land consulting (Australian market preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects to a high technical standard
- Strong project management, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Excellent report writing and client communication abilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering, geology, or similar
- CEnvP accreditation (or working towards) highly regarded
