Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This critical role will be instrumental in sourcing and delivering land acquisitions that drive future growth.

This specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new development opportunities across Sydney and New South Wales, including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential land acquisition sites.
  • Negotiate favourable outcomes that meet financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives.
  • Incorporate town planning, subdivision, and construction considerations into land acquisition assessments.
  • Present land acquisition opportunities to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
About You

You are a commercially-minded property professional with a strong track record in real estate transactions and land acquisitions. Your skills include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market, with deep local knowledge and established relationships.
  • Advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation, and financial analysis (Excel, Estate Master or similar).
  • Strong understanding of development documentation, town planning, and subdivision processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing due diligence, consultants, and legal negotiations through the transaction lifecycle.
