Job Title: Senior Land Acquisition Specialist

The role of Senior Land Acquisition Specialist is critical in driving project success by establishing robust systems, processes, and collaborative practices to ensure efficient outcomes.

This opportunity enables you to make a meaningful contribution to conservation and public land objectives across NSW. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in providing high-level strategic advice and insights to stakeholders, navigating emerging project challenges, and supporting the development and execution of initiatives that align with defined plans, environmental goals, and priorities.

  • Manage compulsory land acquisition programs in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for land acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice and insights to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing land acquisition and transfer programs within tight timeframes and budgetary constraints. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects consistently deliver high-quality customer service against agreed performance standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualifications in law, property valuation, land economics, or other relevant property-related discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • A Class C Driver's Licence.
