Urban Land Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in the urban land development sector.

About You

  • You must be a Citizen or have Permanent Residency in Australia.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree and be a Chartered Civil Engineer, preferably with 10-12+ years of experience in the land/urban development sector within Australia.
  • Have proven career success in the Sydney Market.
  • Have a strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards, Authorities policies, and technical guidelines.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in report writing.

About the Role

  • Project Management from start to finish.
  • Make strategic decisions independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
  • Oversee the design and project management of major projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Provide mentorship to junior members.
