About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new key accounts across various services. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and handover—while collaborating closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Winning new business with key clients to meet growth targets
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and value-based proposals for each prospect
  • Ensure accurate onboarding, billing setup, and first-90-day service monitoring
  • Maintain a robust ongoing pipeline
  • Report on performance of key prospects, quotes & tenders submitted and newly secured business
  • Report on market insights for targeted and intentional business development activity
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders
  • Maximise client's share of wallet
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development environments
  • Demonstrable history of new business development
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution-based selling skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple layers within an organisation
  • Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
  • Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
