Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Manager to lead our Housing and Homelessness Services team.
This role involves delivering exceptional housing and homelessness services through our Housing Service Centres, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that reflects customer needs and organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff by coordinating workload and workforce management planning, promoting a high-performance culture that maximises potential.
- Foster a team culture built on communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, positivity, safety, learning, and capability building.
- Contribute to local leadership teams and ensure staff are supported to achieve excellence in their performance at work.
- Service Delivery and Quality
- Apply HR management policies and principles by monitoring and coordinating service delivery consistent with financial, HR, and administrative delegations and responsibilities.
- Develop awareness and understanding of protocols impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Safety and Compliance
- Establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by applying policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety as part of day-to-day operations.
A Class C Driver's License is essential for this role.
