Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering housing and homelessness services through Housing Service Centres.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, communication, and customer service, with the ability to lead and manage a team of staff to achieve excellence in their performance at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to staff through effective coordination of activities such as workload and workforce management and planning.
  • Create a positive and inclusive team culture that thrives on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Be an active member of the local leadership team and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Support staff to develop their skills and capabilities to meet the changing needs of customers.
  • Apply HR management policies and principles to ensure delivery of services consistent with financial, HR, and administrative delegations and responsibilities.
  • Develop awareness and understanding of protocols and issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to facilitate improved service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and establish a workplace safety culture by ensuring all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and part of day-to-day operations.

Mandatory Requirements:

A Class C Driver's License is required for this role.
