The Role As the Services Mobilisation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the mobilisation of services in a large-scale housing development in Cairns.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, contractual compliance, and risk management to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Based in Far North Queensland and working onsite, this is a leadership position where your ability to influence, advocate, and manage relationships with community stakeholders and government partners will directly contribute to delivering impactful housing solutions.
About You You are a proactive and experienced project or service delivery professional, with a strong background in community or social services, housing, or property sectors.
You bring demonstrated success in managing budgets, contract compliance, and stakeholder partnerships, along with a sound understanding of housing policy and sector dynamics.
Resilient and people-focused, you thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a commitment to improving housing outcomes for communities.
Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager in community or social services, property services or related government department Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy and legislation in the housing sector Current Driver's Licence Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
