Job Overview

The QHome service provides temporary supported accommodation for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, aiming to help them achieve stability in their living arrangements with an environment of inclusion and respect.

As a Senior Team Leader focused on Accommodation Services, you will oversee site operations for clients, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and utilise a case management framework to support clients towards stable, long-term housing outcomes.

We focus on providing individualised support to empower clients to regain control over their lives, make informed decisions about their futures, and build strong connections within their communities.

In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your skills in leadership, team management, and case work, while contributing to the delivery of our mission to enhance the wellbeing of vulnerable populations.

Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the future of our service, as we strive to improve the lives of those we serve.
