About the Role

Located in Airlie Beach, we are a division of the Kelsian Group, Australia's largest integrated multi-modal transport provider and tourism operator.

The Tour Operations Director plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations for tours, charters, and external trading partners.

This leadership position is responsible for communication, development, and performance of the vessel crew to achieve results.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure operational excellence while exploring new revenue streams and increasing productivity.

This role works collaboratively with all departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience and achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

About You

A passionate experienced Operations Manager committed to quality and creating exceptional guest experiences in Tourism.

You have expertise in managing service agreements and understanding government operations and legislations governing Marine Operations.

You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships.

Achievement-oriented with a commitment to coaching and developing ultimate team performance.

Minimum 3 years' experience in an Operations Management role (preferably in the tourism industry)
