Senior Case Manager Role Overview

This senior case manager position offers intensive support services to individuals and families with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive case management to individuals and families presenting complex needs within the Status Resolution Support Services program.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services through needs assessments, case planning, referrals, and ongoing review.
  • Offer guidance, mentoring, and training to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to service development, compliance, and collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve positive client outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A recognised degree qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in case management, working with individuals presenting complex needs, including trauma, mental health, physical health, child protection, and family violence.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in applying trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practice to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching, training, and supporting staff.
