Dynamic Hotel Reservation Management Position

As a skilled and proactive professional, you will be responsible for managing group reservations from confirmation to post-stay. This includes processing group payments, cancellations, rooming lists, and contract terms and conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and process group bookings, ensuring timely availability requests, confirmations, payment schedules, and reports.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and requirements accurately.
- Collaborate with the Reservations Manager to allocate hotel inventory, prioritizing group reservations and overseeing corporate account plans and contracts.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, combined with a passion for guest engagement and a sales approach.
- Previous experience in a Group Reservations or Reservations role is preferred but not essential.
