Residential Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Drafting Specialist to partner with our team of residential builders who are known for shaping contemporary homes across South Australia.

  • Complete all allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines.
  • Commission reports and technical information with external consultants.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

This role involves producing accurate documentation, coordinating with consultants, and offering design suggestions to support better project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Task Completion: Complete all allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines.
  2. Consultation: Commission reports and technical information with external consultants.
  3. Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials.
  4. Design Review: Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
