Residential Drafting Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Drafting Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-rise residential drafting, with excellent proficiency in ArchiCAD and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality construction drawings for buildings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using ArchiCAD
  • Revising drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers & construction teams
  • Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Coordinating with other disciplines such as civil and structural engineers, planners etc. for integrated designs
  • Assisting architects in the design development and documentation phases

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in low-rise residential drafting
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation
