About The Role

Due to continued growth and project demand, we are looking for a Draftsperson with strong ArchiCAD proficiency and a solid understanding of residential construction.

You'll be part of a high-performing Drafting team responsible for producing accurate documentation, coordinating with consultants and offering design suggestions to support better project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Complete allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines, resolving drafting matters with your manager.
  2. Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up on timely delivery.
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials for cost or quality advantages.
  4. Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality and aesthetic standards.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday in our office.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Advanced ArchiCAD skills with demonstrated experience in residential drafting.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the residential housing and construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing construction documentation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues.
