Job Overview

A leading organization seeks a seasoned Senior Architectural Drafter to enhance their portfolio of residential, tourism, and agricultural assets.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in low-rise residential, townhouse, or project home drafting, with proficiency in ArchiCAD and strong documentation skills. They will have a solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing construction drawings for buildings using ArchiCAD.
  • Revising drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and the construction team.
  • Ensuring drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinating with other disciplines for integrated designs.
  • Assisting Architects in the design development and documentation phases.
  • Preparing conceptual sketches and 3D models to communicate design ideas.
