Job Description

The Technical Director of Sound and Audio Visual Operations will lead the planning, design, and implementation of sound and audio visual systems for our productions and events. This role involves collaborating with production teams, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technical requirements.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Your expertise in sound and audio visual technology, project management, and leadership will drive innovation and excellence in our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience in sound and audio visual operations, preferably in a performing arts or entertainment industry setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technical specialists.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and attention to quality.
  • Advanced knowledge of sound and audio visual technologies, including software and hardware configurations.
