About the Role

You will join the Venues & Events team that coordinates and delivers venue logistics and audio-visual support for meetings and events across UNSW campuses. Your expertise in operating audio, vision, and lighting live events will ensure seamless production experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support event production and technical requirements for a wide range of events
  • Operate audio, vision, and lighting systems for live events
  • Deliver excellent customer service and experience
  • Collaborate with the Venues & Events team to achieve high-quality event outcomes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have minimum 2 years' experience working in the audio-visual industry. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Operating audio, vision, and lighting live events
  • Delivering excellent customer experience
  • Experience with live streaming virtual and hybrid events
  • Experience with NDI and Dante technologies
  • Camera operating experience desired but not essential
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 AUD depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including paid annual leave, sick leave, and access to UNSW's employee assistance program.
