We are seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to drive business growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative research using methods such as usability testing, interviews, concept evaluation, surveys, and literature reviews.
  • Analyze and present research findings, providing strategic recommendations.
Qualifications

A Master's degree in Experimental Psychology, Design Research, Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, or related fields is required. At least 3 years of experience in applied user research is essential.

Required Skills
  • Solid experience with multiple research techniques, including usability studies, concept evaluations, competitive evaluations, literature reviews, diary studies, user interviews, and surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • The ability to create informative visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, R, and Python.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to present research findings effectively. Experience creating engaging and persuasive slide decks is desirable. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project schedules is crucial.
