The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Research Designer to conduct user research and analysis. As a key member, you will be responsible for informing the design of usable analytics solutions and data products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development
  • Developing wireframes, designs, and prototypes
  • Communicating research findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant research experience and human-centered design skills
  • Proven research and analysis skills (qualitative and/or quantitative)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing wireframes, designs, and prototypes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Australian citizenship or ability to obtain Baseline security clearance
