Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the commercial success of our business in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to grow our business in the region.

  • Develop and implement a commercial plan to increase sales and revenue.
  • Act as a key liaison between teams, facilitating information exchange and gathering insights.
  • Contribute to sales growth through extensive field activities, ensuring profitability of assigned business units.
  • Support local teams with strategic initiatives, including solution launching, business development, customer education, value selling, product demonstrations, and lobbying with regulators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug manufacturing practices and processes.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with successful leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional Asian languages beneficial for regional communication.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural and matrix environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
