About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Commercial team. This is a key role in shaping the future of remuneration and benefits within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with minimum award and enterprise agreement rate obligations.
  • Provide commercial and operational reporting and analysis support.
  • Manage and monitor allowance processes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst or Remuneration and Benefits role.
  • Advanced data and analytic skills, including MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
