Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-quality training programs and conduct assessments in line with relevant units of competency and qualifications. This includes identifying student training needs, developing tailored plans to address these requirements, and providing feedback to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development, training, and assessment resources.

Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities and support the maintenance of training facilities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:
  • Recent experience (within 2 years) delivering relevant units of competency.
  • Extensive experience in heavy industries training and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and commit to ongoing professional development in Vocational Education and Training.

Preferred Skills:
  • General: Confined Space, Gas Test, Breathing Apparatus, Working at heights, First Aid, CPR, LVR, 4WD
  • Civil: Trenching & Shoring, Plant & Machinery, Overhead & Underground Services, Loadshifting
  • High Risk Work: Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Cranes, Scaffolding
  • Agricultural: ACDC, Chainsaw, Weed & Seed
  • Traffic Control & Management
  • Other: Asbestos, White Card
