Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Training and Assessment Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records of training and assessment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and align with relevant units of competency and qualifications.
- Conduct assessments of employee knowledge and skills to determine competency and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training and assessment activities.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience within the last two years in the units delivered.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering training in the heavy industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
- Participate in ongoing professional development, Vocational Education and Training.
