Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Services Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education programs and services to support the development of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to members on education programs
- Coordinate and logistical support for local meetings and events
- Prepare and facilitate training activities, including workshops and information sessions
- Support key state office activities and events for members
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a member services organisation
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience providing high-level member services and support
- Ability to facilitate training workshops
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with members from different parts of an organisation/service or business
